Conditions

Gîte Reservations Once you have made your reservation (per mail, e-mail, or telephone) we will send you confirmation with all the details of the booking, including the total amount to be paid and the deposit (30%). Your reservation will become firm upon reception of the deposit (within the time limit mentioned in the confirmation). Rental Period The rental period is 1 week minimum, and runs from 1600 hrs (4 p.m.) on Saturday (arrival) through 1000 hrs (10 a.m.) on Saturday (departure). Payment You need to deposit 30% of the total amount into our bank account in the Netherlands within 10 days of receiving confirmation of your booking. The remainder should be paid into the same account 4 weeks before your arrival. If a reservation is made within 4 weeks of your arrival, the total amount should be paid in full directly upon receiving confirmation of your booking. Cancellation If you cancel your reservation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period, the 30% deposit will be returned to you. We advise you to arrange for travel cancellation insurance to cover for all other situations. Cleaning We expect you to leave the gîte behind in the same condition as it was in upon your arrival. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional fee (see rates). Linen Bedding can be rented at a rate of € 9,- pp/pw, towels and dishtowels have to be brought along. Liability During your stay you are responsible for the gîte, the interior and everything pertaining to the gîte. We are NOT liable in any way for damages, injury, or inconvenience in any way, shape or form, to the tenant or the guests in the tenant's gîte, on the grounds of the estate, near the climbing frame, the swimming pool or the ponds. We advise you to arrange for adequate insurance before you arrive.

Chambre d'hôtes Liability During your stay on the grounds of the Domaine we are NOT liable in any way for damages, injury, or inconvenience to you on the grounds of the estate, near the climbing frame, the swimming pool or the ponds.
